Travis Tritt's Streaming Numbers Skyrocket Amidst Bud Light Controversy

Travis Tritt, the Grammy award-winning country music artist, saw a 5% increase in his streaming numbers during the month that Bud Light's Dylan Mulvaney controversy erupted. Tritt made headlines when he removed Bud Light from his tour rider, sparking a social media frenzy.

Many in the comments of his Twitter post commended Travis for taking a stand and speaking how he truly felt during the Bud Light controversy, where the alcoholic beverage company hired transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney in a sponsorship deal to sell more beer.

Although there is no direct evidence that his public statements on Bud Light's marketing decisions have increased his streaming numbers, many are wondering if there is a connection between the two, considering that when artists trend on social media they usually have a boost on streaming, as more people hear about the artist and decide to support them by listening in.

Travis wasn't the only musician who spoke out against the campaign, as others like John Rich, Kid Rock & Ted Nugent voiced their disapproval as well.

If you support Travis, go stream his music!
