Biblical Hip-Hop Takes Over iTunes: Bryson Gray's "Reclaim the Rainbow" Challenges LGBTQ+ Narrative and Symbolism

Bryson Gray's latest rap song, "Reclaim the Rainbow," is making waves and demonstrating the power of the Bible in the culture war. The song is about how the rainbow symbol is a biblical promise, not a representation of sexuality or gender. Currently, "Reclaim the Rainbow" has been climbing the iTunes charts despite having no major label support and promoting a non-mainstream perspective.

Gray, known for his rap songs supporting Donald Trump and criticizing Joe Biden, has achieved significant success in the past with political tracks like "Let's Go Brandon." However, "Reclaim the Rainbow" is gaining traction solely through word-of-mouth and a music video financed and featured on "Fearless with Jason Whitlock."

Whitlock, a strong supporter of Gray's work, approached him before Pride Month to create a song about Christians reclaiming the rainbow symbol from the LGBTQ movement. Gray enthusiastically embraced the concept, believing that the Bible is the only weapon capable of challenging the demonic forces controlling American culture.

Teaming up with Christian singer Jimmy Levy, who previously topped the charts with the song "Boycott Target," Gray completed "Reclaim the Rainbow" within two weeks. The song features Levy's powerful chorus and a verse from Shemeka Michelle, a contributor on "Fearless" and an emerging rapper. The song seems to be causing some controversy, as it was recently banned from the TikTok platform.

Despite popular music's current state, characterized by explicit and raunchy content, there is hope for change, despite efforts to deplatform.
