In the lastest episode of his podcast, Rapaport went on a tirade against Newsom and his tenure in the Golden State amidst their devastating fires.
"Gavin with the good hair ... you thought you were gonna be president," Rapaport said. "You're never, ever, ever gonna be president."
The comedian then mocked Newsom's signature appearance of his hair slicked back while wearing aviator sunglasses. Rapaport then mocked Newsom's signature hand movements.
"You have overseen two of the most important cities in California, and you've ran them, nose-dived them into the ground," Rapaport said.
The comedian declared San Francisco was "apocalyptic," adding, "I've been there. I've seen it with my own eyes."
"You ran that gorgeous, iconic, totally unique American city into the ground. It's a dump pot. A cesspool," he said. "Why you did this, why you let this happen--I don't care what the f*** reason or rationale is--you did it."
The comedian then teed off on Newsom's handling of the fire. "[You were] woefully and pathetically unprepared for ... get the f*** outta here," Rapaport said. "You don't get any more mistakes. There's no more mistakes for you."
Rapaport then invoked Trump's catchphrase, "You're fired."
"Grease your hair back, slick it back, put on your aviator glasses, and get the f*** outta here," Rapaport said.
The comedian has historically been an intense critic of Trump's, though during the 2024 election cycle, he famously said voting for Trump was "on the table" over President Biden's handling of the Israel/Gaza conflict in the middle east.
