Nikki Glaser Epically Roasts Golden Globes

Comedian Nikki Glaser absolutely roasted the Golden Globes while making her hosting debut for the award ceremony held on Sunday at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, California.

Glaser minced no words teeing off on Sean "Diddy" Combs, saying actress Zendaya's 2023 film "Challengers" was "more sexually charged than Diddy's credit card."

“I know. I’m sorry, I’m upset too," Glaser joked. "The [Golden Globes] after party is not going to be as good this year."

“Stanley Tucci freak-off just doesn’t have the same ring to it,” she quipped, before adding, “No baby oil this year, just lots of olive oil."

The comedian then took aim at the cast of "Wicked," saying she wasn't familiar with the musical because she had friends when she was in school.

Next, Glaser set her sights on Selena Gomez and her fiancée Benny Blanco, calling him a "lucky guy" because a genie "granted him that wish."

Glaser's monologue seems to be the spiritual successor to Ricky Gervais' infamous 2020 Golden Globe monologue where he absolutely destroyed Hollywood elites.

"You could binge-watch the entire first season of Afterlife instead of watching this show," Gervais said, setting up his joke, per The Hollywood Reporter. "That’s a show about a man who wants to kill himself ’cause his wife dies of cancer and it’s still more fun than this. Spoiler alert, season two is on the way so in the end he obviously didn’t kill himself. Just like Jeffrey Epstein."

"Shut up. I know he’s your friend but I don’t care," he quipped as the audience gasped.
