Taylor Swift and her fellow elitist friends were caught on camera sneaking out of a swanky LA hotspot like common criminals, just to avoid mingling with the public. This incident, which occured in January though has only now been released on video, displays the sheer audacity of so-called stars, who think they're too good to even breathe the same air as the rest of us.

Swift, now 34, apparently too precious to be seen by fans, was whisked away in a theatrical escape, complete with bodyguards and a side door exit. The move appeared to be less out of privacy and more out of avoidance of her own fans. Her companions, Selena Gomez and Cara Delevingne, followed suit, treating the public as an inconvenience to their lavish lifestyle.

The move was allegedly to dodge the crowd, but the optics looked more like pure snobbery. The average American is struggling under the weight of inflation and political nonsense, and celebrities couldn't be bothered to spare a moment to acknowledge their fans. Instead, they hide away, perfectly demonstrating that they in fact live in a bubble far away from normal folks.

Perhaps if they spent less time dodging fans and more time engaging with the real world, they might just see that not everyone can afford to "shake it off" like they can.
