Turdstock 2 at Redneck Riviera: Conservative Country Artists Unite for Freedom and Hurricane Relief

John Rich and friends brought the house down at Nashville’s Redneck Riviera for Turdstock 2, a live-streamed celebration of conservative country music on October 6. Put on by Catturd, the event featured performances from a star-studded lineup of Nashville talent, including Gretchen Wilson, Angie Aparo, Shannon Lawson, and legendary songwriter Jeffrey Steele. It was a night of true American spirit, as the artists used their voices not just to entertain but to give back.

The event raised funds for Hurricane Helene victims through the North Carolina State Trooper Benevolent Fund, ensuring that 100% of the proceeds went to support families impacted by the disaster. This wasn’t just a concert—it was a rallying cry for the conservative counterculture, blending music, patriotism, and charity.

John Rich kicked off the event, encouraging fans to tune in on Rumble and YouTube to “celebrate our freedom together.” With Mike Loftus bringing the laughs and Shannon Lawson delivering some powerhouse bluegrass, the energy was electric. Gretchen Wilson, a longtime supporter of President Trump, delivered a standout performance, showing that the conservative music movement is more energized than ever.

Turdstock 2 wasn’t just another Nashville showcase—it was proof that country’s counterculture is alive and thriving, using music as a platform to support not only their values but also communities in need.
