Cynthia Eviro, who stars as Elphaba in the film, is now crying victim over online criticism, dubbed "cyber-bullying."
“I think cyber bullying is quite dangerous to be honest because it’s easy to be behind the computer and type words about a person you don’t know anything about,” Eviro said, per Deadline.
“I think that the more we can protect ourselves from that the better," she added. "The best way to support someone who is going through that is really to be a counterpoint to whatever is coming at that person – be the voice that is positive.”
It's ironic how these Hollywood celebrities throw the word "bullying" around like it's confetti at a gender reveal party. They dish out the liberal propaganda and toxic talking points all day, but as soon as someone pushes back on them, they're the victims? Did they miss the entire part where they were beating us over the head for months about the film's queer agenda?Forgive me if I don't care that rich, liberal, elite celebrities like Eviro handle pushback. If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen.
Here's a free tip for Eviro and the rest of the Wicked cast: grow a thicker skin or get off social media. You're not a victim of bullying just because someone doesn't like you or your movie.
