However, one woman is going viral online for cutting loose at Conbs' recent show in Brisbane at Suncorp Stadium while on tour in Australia.
Videos of the woman, doing what can only be described as some form of twerking, popped off on TikTok in the past couple days. Although Combs hadn't even taken the stage yet, the woman, later identified as Jolene, seemed to be having the time of her life, and I can't blame her.
But security didn't seem to enjoy her moves too much, referring to it as "dancing too hard," according to The Courier-Mail. In several videos, Suncorp Stadium security can be seen approaching the woman, seemingly telling her to knock off the dance moves.
The woman didn't seem to like being told to cool it, and can be seen starting up her dance moves shortly after security walks away.
“I was literally just having the time of my life. I was dancing to one of my favorite artists, Mitchell Tenpenny, and then supposedly," Jolene said. "The lady in the pink dress behind me had gotten me kicked out… she obviously didn’t like my dancing. I was just enjoying myself too much. I didn’t really care about what was around me."
"The security guard called me over and said ‘we’re really sorry, we’re going to have to get you to leave,’" she continued. "And I’m like, ‘What? Why?’ And they said ‘There’s been a complaint about you dancing and stuff.’ I didn’t even get to see Luke Combs.”
However, a Suncorp representative countered her saying patrons are not removed solely for dancing.
“The patron was engaging in activity that was against the conditions of entry which are designed to allow all fans to enjoy events at the Stadium and so there was no choice but to evict her.”
I can't quite figure out what the problem is besides Aussies are some of the most sensitive people around. Let the woman dance!
