John Rich Praises Trump's Reinstatement, Reimbursement Of Ousted Military Members

John Rich, country singer and vocal Trump supporter, couldn't contain his excitement when Donald Trump vowed to reinstate military members who were fired for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine, and to give them back pay.

"I can’t wait for this Trump promise to become reality. Our active duty were treated horribly by Biden," Rich wrote Thursday evening.

"[Pete Hegseth] will make it right," he added.

This is a no-brainer. Our service members, who put their lives on the line for our freedom, were unfairly punished for exercising their right to choose what goes into their bodies. No matter what your opinion on the vaccine was, Trump's Operation Warpspeed was a move of strong leadership. But Biden's mandate were nothing but government overreach. Worse, firing service members for their refusal was the most disrespectful thing imaginable to those who have sworn to protect our nation. These soldiers should never have been put in a position where they had to choose between their career and their personal health beliefs.

Trump's promise is not just a simple policy reversal, but a symbolic gesture of appreciation and respect for those who serve. He's righting a wrong, acknowledging the sacrifices of our military, and ensuring they are not dictated to by what many conservatives view as an Orwellian time in our country's history.

Finally, a leader who will stand with our troops and not against them.
