Since her blowout in early November, Democrats and liberals have speculated her future in politics on the national and state level. Some proposed she seek another run at the White House in 2028, while others have suggested she succeed CA Gov. Gavin Newsom after his second term is over in 2027.
On Tuesday, Lott took to social media to give his two cents on Harris' political future.
"President-elect Trump handed out a landslide defeat to Kamala in 2024. STILL She says she’ll run for governor in 2026 or president in 2028. Thoughts? What other news should I make into a rap?" he asked.
"This just in / Kamala Harris say she gonna run again," The Marine Rapper begins. "Maybe for governor, maybe president."
"Every American, they like not again," he adds.
Lott then drags Harris over her chummy relationship with Hollywood elites before declaring: "Trump beat you to oblivion / You can't win."
Harris' political future remains to be seen, but a gubernatorial run in California does seem highly likely. Unfortunately, that would also mean Newsom is most likely eyeing a 2028 run for president as well. God help us.
